Both of us suffer from Ulnar nerve entrapment from time to time. After Paris - Brest - Paris, Es right hand was numb for 3 months. S had some issues during our ride through the US. Gel padding and double bar tape helps and You learn to alter your hand positions. Part from that, a saddle that fit your ass is key. You learn every day and experience helps avoiding aches and pains.
